The invention relates to a correction method for a multi-channel electronic liquid-moving machine. 50 percent of the maximum measuring range of the multi-channel electronic liquid-moving machine is taken as a measurement amount, so that more than three times of liquid-moving data of each channel are measured respectively, and difference of the channels is calculated statistically; the difference of the channels is subjected to variance inspection under the condition that alpha is equal to 0.05, so that the data of the channels is consistent; then a correction data constant 2''(In/2) of a middle single channel is used for correction; and the equation of the configuration volume=the constant 1*a set volume+the constant 2''(In/2) is met. The correction method has the beneficial effects that: proper correction is performed according to transverse error of the multi-channel electronic liquid-moving machine, so that the accuracy of each channel is guaranteed to the maximum extent; and furthermore, due to correction by adopting the technical scheme, only one more step of inspecting the consistency of the channels of the multi-channel electronic liquid-moving machine is increased than a single-channel electronic liquid-moving machine.
