DIS)Advantages in Using of Fossil Fuel and Green Energies for Electrical Vehicles

Reducing vehicular emissions is a key element for mitigating the risks of climate change. At lot of academic and public discussions put the focus on alternative vehicle technologies (e.g. electric cars) and fuels (fuel cells and hydrogen), whereas vehicles based on internal combustion engines have been perceived as close to their development limits. In EU, the carbon dioxide emissions from road transportation is increased by 21% from 1990 to 2008 [1].Advantages either in using of fossil fuel or green energy at vehicles commonly are considered from the aspect of pollution emissivity, when these equipments are new, it means at the beggining of work. Such approach is particularly true, however. Here are discused the waste materials from inter-nal combustion engines and from batteries of electric vehicles, including hybrid motors, because some metals after their exploration made dangerous wastes.
