Изменчивость жирно-кислотного состава масла сурепицы яровой

Fattv-acid composition variability of spring turnip rape new varieties was studied. Variability of all fatty acids, except stearine one, was non significant. High correlation between linolenic and oleic acids content indicates to possibility of linolenic acid decrease and increase of oleic acid during selections.
