Морфо-функциональная оценка эффективности ксенотрансплантации гепатоцитов в коррекции пострезекционной печеночной недостаточности в эксперименте

The paper evaluates the effectiveness of xenotransplantation of isolated cryopreserved hepatocytes in the correction of hepatic insufficiency developed after the wide hepatic resection in tested animals. The research was carried out on 240 male-mice (the species is "Vistar"). As a form of control there was perfomed the assess ment of homeostasis rates (astate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, Y-glutamintranspeptidase, general protem, albumin, choline esterase, leucine aminopeptidase, albumin-globulin coefficient, fibrinogen level, hematocrit rates, bload viscosity, thrombocyte aggregation). Regeneration assessment was made on the basis of examination of liver and spleen mass. It was proved that xenotransplantation of isolated hepatocytes has positive influence on both the resection and regeneration. There was noticed especial effectiveness of combined xenotransplantation into the subcutaneous fat and the spleen.
