Technological prospects of LC devices with low and medium information capacity

The constructive and technological properties of liquid crystal devices (LCD) in the connection with the variants of their manufacturing by the use of basic technologies created have been considered. A flexible combination of element from different LC-technologies gives a possibility to choose different variants of the device manufacturing and gives prospects for the improvement of LCD with low medium information capacity.© (2001) COPYRIGHT SPIE--The International Society for Optical Engineering.
