Angina pectoris is a common condition of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (referred to as coronary heart disease), and it is mostly related to the narrowing of the lumen and insufficient blood supply caused by the formation of coronary atherosclerotic plaques. Patients with stable angina pectoris (SAP) account for the largest proportion of patients with coronary heart disease, and their clinical manifestations are paroxysmal and radiation pain. This article analyzes the pharmacological effects of trimetazidine hydrochloride, assists in improving endurance of dance sports, and treats angina pectoris. Trimetazidine hydrochloride can not only significantly reduce the number of angina pectoris in SAP patients, significantly improve exercise endurance, but also effectively inhibit the occurrence of cardiovascular inflammatory reactions.
