The present invention discloses an aluminum composite material, comprising a graphene oxide coated alumina particles, allyl phenol compound modified bismaleimide? Cyanate ester compound and a curing agent. Such surface-coated aluminum oxide layer and the graphene sheets allyl phenolic compounds modified alumina composite material bismaleimide? Cyanate ester composite oxide with allyl phenolic compound graphene modified bismaleimide? strong interaction between the isocyanate compound, to improve the interaction interface, reducing the interfacial thermal resistance, reduces the phenomenon of clusters. Compared with the traditional aluminum composite materials, such aluminum composite materials are not prone to the phenomenon of clusters. The present invention also discloses a method for preparing the alumina composite material, and a copper-clad alumina substrate using the composite material.
