Design of Intelligent Mobile Video Surveillance System Based on 4G

With the development of science and technology and the improvement of living standards, people pay more and more attention to security issues, the mobile video surveillance has become an important way of monitoring based on 4G network construction, the popularity of the new generation mobile intelligent terminal and the development of video coding and decoding technology. This paper mainly introduces the design of mobile video surveillance system based on 4G, first of all, the overall system architecture, the main equipment, RTP/RTCP protocol, H.264, FFMPEG encoding and decoding, 4G wireless networks and other key technologies are introduced in detail, at last, through the experiment, the whole system performance is stable, and the purpose of the design is achieved.
