CPE/POE (chlorinated polyethylene/polyolefin elastomer) component type electro-insulating rubber and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses CPE/POE (chlorinated polyethylene/polyolefin elastomer) component type electro-insulating rubber and a preparation method thereof. The electro-insulating rubber is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of chlorinated polyethylene, 40-60 parts of POE, 80-110 parts of talcum powder, 70-90 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 5-15 parts of paraffinic based oil, 3-10 parts of cross-linking agent and 2-8 parts of cross-linking aids. The insulation rubber is prepared by the extrusion and the granulation by a double-screw extruder in a dynamic vulcanization way.
