Spontaneous dissection bilateral internal mammary arterial grafts.

Spontaneous coronary artery dissection is rare. We report a case of a 49-year-old male with quadruple bypass grafts who presented with acute myocardial infarction due to spontaneous dissection of both internal mammary artery grafts.
