The invention relates to a data fusion method for a vision intelligent numerical-control system. The data fusion method comprises the following steps of: step 1, carrying out image acquisition on an environment where a target object is located; step 2, establishing a pixel coordinate system in a vision unit and a world coordinate system where the target object is located; step 3, acquiring the coordinate values of a plurality of points with the dimensions of pixel units, of the target object in the pixel coordinate system, and the coordinate values of the corresponding points of the target object in the world coordinate system; step 4, establishing the mapping relationship between the pixel coordinate system and the world coordinate system according to the determined coordinate values of the pixel coordinate system and the coordinate values of the world coordinate system; step 5, acquiring the coordinate values of the pixel coordinate system where points in pixel neighbourhoods are located, and calculating the coordinate values of the world coordinate system according to the mapping relationship; step 6, repeating the step 3 to step 5 until the mapping relationship between the coordinate values of each pixel unit of the whole pixel coordinate system and the corresponding coordinate values of the world coordinate system.
