The invention relates to a suspension energy storage flywheel device with conductivity electromagnetic compounding. The suspension energy storage flywheel device comprises a motor, wherein the motor consists of a motor shell, a stator, a rotor and a rotating shaft; a flywheel is fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft, a box body is sleeved on the exterior of the flywheel. The suspension energy storage flywheel device further comprises a vacuum cover, an upper supporting body and a bottom plate; the vacuum cover, the supporting body, the motor shell, the box body and the bottom plate are sealed by sealing gaskets to ensure the vacuum degree of the whole device. When power is supplied to the motor, the motor becomes an electric motor, the electric motor drives the flywheel to rotate and accelerate, and thus electric energy is converted into mechanical energy for being stored; when an external load requires the electric energy, the flywheel applies a torque to the motor, the motor becomes a power generator, mechanical energy is converted into electric energy and the electric energy is output by virtue of a control device. The suspension energy storage flywheel device is wide in application field, and can be applied to the fields of wind power generation frequency modulation, emergency standby power supply, vehicle brake kinetic energy regeneration, port hoisting machinery potential energy regeneration, load frequently-changing engine set power peak shaving, and the like.
