Carbon supplementing method for preparation of synthetic oil and synthetic gas from dry distillation gas

2014
The invention relates to a carbon supplementing method for the preparation of synthetic oil and synthetic gas from dry distillation gas. The method comprises the steps of adding a carbonate carbon supplementing raw material, of which the granularity is not greater than 80 meshes, into furnace charging coal proportionally, mixing, then, loading the mixture to a dry distillation furnace for heating, then, discharging a red hot furnace charge, then, quenching to cool to normal temperature, then, screening, so as to obtain solid clean fuel, and enabling produced CO2 and CO to directly enter the dry distillation gas, so as to be matched with superfluous H2, thereby realizing the aim of carbon supplementing. According to the method disclosed by the invention, a carbonate mineral is directly added into the dry-distillation furnace charging coal, and the CO2 and CO produced due to thermal decomposition are applied to the carbon supplementing of the dry distillation gas; the method has the characteristics of rich source of raw materials, simple process flow, small equipment investment, low carbon supplementing cost, good economical efficiency and the like, and can be widely applied to the project of comprehensive utilization of high and medium-temperature dry distillation gases.
