New tail gas recycling technology for dextrin drying tower

2010
The invention discloses a new tail gas recycling technology for a dextrin drying tower; and the tail gas is recycled by using a drying tower for producing dextrin. The new tail gas recycling technology comprises the following steps of: condensing the normal temperature air at 20 DEG C by a condensing heat recycler before heating to 55 DEG C; delivering the preheated air by a filter to a heater through a draught fan; heating the air to 150 DEG C before entering a drying tower to work; then evaporating and recycling the tail gas at 80 DEG C produced by the drying tower through an evaporation heating recycler before preheating the normal temperature air by the condensing heat recycler; cooling to 43 DEG C; and exhausting in the atmosphere through a chimney. The afterheat produced by the tail gas of the drying tower is used to exchange heat through a heat pipe exchanger, and the heat is recycled in a hot air exchange manner to reduce the air exhausting temperature, increase the air inlet temperature and save the steam consumption, thereby saving the energy and reducing the emission, and reducing the environmental pollution.
