Antagonists of arylhydrocarbon receptor ligands

The invention concerns arylhydrocarbon receptor ligand antagonists, characterised in that they are prepared from polyhydroxyl stilbenes, monomers or polymers or the corresponding glycosides, said compounds being in racemic form, or in the form of geometric isomers. The invention is useful for preparing medicines and foods for preventing or treating affections caused by and related to exposure to arylhydrocarbon ligands.
