The invention belongs to the technical field of computer vision measurement, and relates to a binocular visual sense measurement method based on time rotating shaft constraint. The method integrates calculating of laser scanning speed and measurement time of an electrically-controlled rotating bench, establishes time rotating shaft constraint, determines a spatial accuracy position of a characteristic laser plane, converts image errors into control errors of motions and time and realizes high-precision reconstruction of laser characteristic information. The measurement method converts the binocular measurement errors based on images into the control errors based on a time rotating shaft, lowers spatial measurement errors for one order of magnitude, raises three-dimensional measurement precision of binocular visual sense and integrates laser light stripe reconstruction information in sequential images to complete measurement of surface geometric quantity of measured objects and realizes high-precision reconstruction of surface laser light stripe of the measured objects.
