Pharmacogenomics on individual therapy and clinical evaluation of drug

Pharmacogenomics is an emerging subject based on molecular pharmacology and function genomics,which is studying the diversities of drug influence and disposition process between individuals at the level of genes.Pharmacogenomics is focused on safety and efficacy to reveal the impact of genetic polymorphism on drug influence,disposition process as well as drug safety through the detection of relevant gene sequence.This thesis introduced the effect and prospect of pharmacogenomics on individual therapy and clinical evaluation of drug by clinical practice and accessible technology of gene detection.
