The invention provides a method and mobile client enabling simultaneous video live broadcast by two persons. The method applied to an inviter of two-person live broadcast comprises that a live broadcast invitation is sent to an invitee via a first video window which is provided by a first player; and after that response of the invitee is received, live broadcast video data sent by the invitee is received, and a second video window which is provided by a second player is started to play the live broadcast video data. The first video window and the second video window are displayed simultaneously, and the size of the second video window is different from that of the first video window. The method and mobile client can be used to solve the technical problem in increasing live broadcast streams to realize simultaneous live broadcast by two persons, and improve the user experience in live broadcast.
