Anti-electrostatic shielding composite cloth

2011
The utility model discloses anti-electrostatic shielding composite cloth, and relates to the field of industrial fabrics. The anti-electrostatic shielding composite cloth is weaved by warps and wefts. The warps are structured by multi-filaments and metal wires arranged at intervals by a proportion of 2:1. The multi-filaments in the warps are structured by carbon fiber multi-filaments and dacron multi-filaments arranged at intervals by a proportion of 1:10. The wefts are structured by monofilaments and metal wires arranged at intervals by a proportion of 10:1. The warps and wefts are weaved to form a composite texture structure. Specification of the carbon fiber multi-filaments is 1300D-1400D and specification of the dacron multi-filaments is 500D. The wefts are made from polypropylene fiber monofilaments. Specification of the monofilaments is 0.2mm in diameter. Monofilaments and multi-filaments are interwoven, and the carbon fiber multi-filaments completely floating on the whole cloth cover have good supporting and wear-resisting effects. The texture is a composite texture which is long in floating length line so that the surface is smooth and continuous for conducting electricity and shielding electromagnetic wave conveniently so as to reduce the electrostatic electricity.
