Acute ischemic exacerbation of rheumatic mitral regurgitation

Summary: This report describes a patient who developed acute severe exacerbation of mild rheumatic mitral regurgitation caused by ischemia in the territory of a small, nondominant circumflex coronary artery without myocardial infarction.
