Structure used for torque restriction

A structure used for torque restriction comprises an external disc (1) with an internal conical surface, and an internal disc (4) that matches with the external disc (1) and is provided with an external conical surface, wherein one end of the internal disc (4) is provided with a spring trough (15); the spring trough (15) is a ring-shaped structure; a spring (5) is arranged in the spring trough (15); a pressing plate ring (6) is arranged at the external side of the spring trough (15); and an internal core shaft (12) passes through the centers of the external disc (1), the internal disc (4) andthe pressing plate ring (6). The structure overcomes the defects that the existing structure for torque restriction transmits small torque, has large abrasion and is difficult to be fabricated and installed. The structure can be combined with various traditional couplers to form various overload protection forms with torque restriction, and can be widely applied to various mechanical equipments.
