Enzymes from micro‐fungi

2007
One hundred and thirteen cultures of micro-fungi were grown in both surface and submerged conditions and were then examined for production of polygalacturonase, α-amylase, protease, cellulase (Cx) and lipase. Surface cultures were grown using the micro-cylinder technique, and submerged cultures by the roll-tube method. This survey was carried out in order to find fungi that could produce enzymes for industrial use.
