Second Harmonic Generation in Gallium Phosphide Nano-Waveguides

We demonstrate the efficient generation of second harmonic using low power continuous-wave pump in the optical O-band. We use modal phase matching to achieve a conversion efficiency of >0.3% W-1cm-2.
