Combustion chamber for a gas turbine and heat shield element for lining a combustion chamber such

2015
The invention relates to a combustion chamber (10, 22, 22a) for a gas turbine (1) having a hot gas path of the combustion chamber surrounding the combustion chamber housing (12, 25) which is lined for protection against hot gases at least in regions with a heat shield (26) having a while leaving expansion gaps (28) to the combustion chamber housing arranged number of heat shield elements (27, 27a), wherein the heat shield elements each have a side facing the combustion chamber housing cold side (32), an opposed hot side (30) and the cold side to the hot side interconnecting side faces (39 ) include. For this purpose, the hot sides (30) of all or substantially all of the heat shield elements of the heat shield (26) are formed such that they each have a three-dimensional profile which according to their respective position in the combustion chamber (22, 22a) of the course of a common desired inner contour (38) follows the combustion chamber, comprising from an upstream head portion (23) of the combustion chamber to a combustion chamber downstream exit region (24) has a smooth profile and free of stagnation points (34) of the hot gas path.
