Network platform of program governance for E-health service

Social networks and their tools compound sophisticated compositions. Recent studies investigated diverse withstanding aspects of these socio-cyber systems. However, some methodological issues of the international medical networks required further clarification. In this regard, we stratified the networks that support human relations into the layers of private sector, national, provincial, local governments, citizen society organizations and informal structures. A mechanism composing and modeling interactions of different organizations and social networks engaged in different phases of program governance processes in the areas of medical tourism services designed.
