The invention discloses a water circulating device used for washing a solar energy photovoltaic glass substrate. The water circulating device used for washing the solar energy photovoltaic glass substrate comprises a water-storage groove, a water pump and water treatment workstations. Water inlets of the water treatment workstations are connected with the water-storage groove through the water pump, and water outlets of the water treatment workstations are connected with waste liquid inlets of the water-storage groove. Water filtering devices are arranged in the water inlets of the water treatment workstations which comprise roll scrubbing devices and spray scrubbing devices which are communicated. The roll scrubbing devices comprise roll scrubbing water-storage grooves, and electric conductivity probes and high and low double-liquid-level switches are arranged inside the roll scrubbing water-storage grooves. Pipelines connected with the waste liquid inlets of the water-storage groove are arranged at the bottom of the spray scrubbing devices which comprise high and low double-liquid-level switches. Water inlets of the roll scrubbing devices and water inlets of the spray scrubbing devices are connected with water outlets of the water-storage groove respectively. According to the water circulating device used for washing the solar energy photovoltaic glass substrate, the purpose of washing the glass substrate is achieved through a simple mechanical structure, operation is simple, the cost is low, and the device is suitable for wide promotion.
