The purpose of the paper is to identify patterns of development and the development of an integrated hierarchical system of management principles-sized enterprises. On the basis of research papers by Faiola, E. Deming, J. Lai-ce, D. Bowersox, D. Kloss, etc. The machine and use classifications set by the author substantiated four priority groups of sixteen and sixty-four principles of management by enterprises.
