The invention discloses an apparatus for realizing on-line purification and circulation of air conditioning leak detection waste helium gas, which comprises a recovery unit, a purification unit and a circulating gas supply unit, wherein the recovery unit recovers and boosts air conditioning leak detection waste helium gas; then, the helium gas is purified by the purification unit; and the pure helium gas after purification is supplemented into air conditioning leak detection production through the circulating gas supply unit, so that the helium gas is used in a circulating manner. For the helium gas provided by the invention, the purity is not lower than 98%, and the recovery rate is not lower than 85%; raw gas of which the helium gas purity is lower than 70% is treated, and waste helium gas of which the helium gas purity is lower than 50% can be treated under preferable conditions; and the apparatus is low in power consumption and can obtain major economic benefits.
