The effect of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) on symptoms and healing of erosive esophagitis during pantopraxole therapy

Purpose: To determine the relation of H. pylori (Hp) infection to symptom relief and healing rate in gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) patients with erosive esophagitis (EE) who were treated with pantoprazole (Panto) 40 mg daily for 4 or 8 weeks.
