Quality Assurance Procedure for Training Programs of Hue University in Accordance with AUN-QA

This paper examines the result of the research into training program quality assurance. The author systemized key concepts of quality assurance, expected learning outcomes, assurance procedure and ASEAN University Network - Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) training programs assessment, as well as assessment of the current situation of Hue University training programs. The paper proposes recommendations for Hue University to set up a quality assurance procedure for its training programs. The procedure is to include quality assurance for expected learning outcomes, input, process, output, and stakeholders’ feedback. The procedure not only facilitates Hue University in implementing quality assurance for its training programs in times of integration but also helps the University’s faculties/departments in building or upgrading their training programs. The research result also assists the staff and lecturers in managing and teaching.
