For the object of the present invention is a lithium ion battery cathode materials in lithium manganese acid (LiMn2O4 for) shortcomings of poor cycle stability to provide a doping phase of spinel-type lithium ion battery cathode material LiMn2-2xM (II) xTixO4 and a preparation method, wherein M (II) = Mg, Zn, Ni, Co, Cu and other divalent metal ions. By simultaneously doping an equimolar tetravalent element and a divalent metal-substituted manganese material to give a lithium ion battery positive electrode material LiMn2-2xM (II) xTixO4, lithium ion battery positive electrode material LiMn2-2xM (II) xTixO4 having stable charge and discharge platform voltage, higher discharge capacity and excellent cycle stability, can satisfy the needs of high-rate charge and discharge, preparation method overcomes the solid-phase synthesis long synthesis time, the product non-uniform particle size distribution, poor electrochemical performance disadvantages , products prepared with good reproducibility, good chemical homogeneity, fine particles, high purity, high crystal quality, excellent electrochemical performance, and low manufacturing cost.
