Graphene-stainless steel composite material and preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses a graphene-stainless steel composite material and a preparation method and application thereof. The graphene-stainless steel composite material is prepared by the following method; and the method comprises the following steps: under vacuum condition, graphene slurry is added in a melt for casting stainless steel in a spray manner for mixing, casting and heat treatment to obtain the graphene-stainless steel composite material, wherein the mass of graphene in the composite material is 1-10% of the mass of the stainless steel. In the graphene-stainless steel composite material provided by the invention, the graphene slurry is added in the melt for casting the stainless steel in a spray manner, so that the agglomeration among graphene is prevented; the graphene is added in the melt to achieve a dispersion strengthening effect and to improve the hardness, the heat conductivity and the cooling property of the composite material; and the graphene-stainless steel composite material has the hardness of higher than 200 HB, and is excellent in heat conductivity and the cooling property.
