Method for treating nitrobenzene wastewater by utilizing pyrrhotite fixed bed

2012
The present invention discloses a method of using a fixed bed pyrrhotite nitrobenzene wastewater treatment, belonging to the technical field of sewage treatment. Which consists of three steps: (a) preparing a raw material: The pyrrhotite crushed to a particle diameter <30mm, and pyrrhotite particles cleaned to remove surface oxides and other contaminants, is directly placed in the reactor configuration pyrrhotite bed; (b) the reactor to start: the step (a) is introduced into the reactor nitrobenzene wastewater, periodic sampling, testing water quality indicators, nitrobenzene removal rate to be completed after the reactor promoter; (c) operation of the reactor: starting to the completion of the reactor into the waste water to be treated, according to step (b) controlling operating parameters of the reactor, the treated wastewater is discharged nitrobenzene. The present invention uses natural pyrrhotite nitrobenzene conversion to the corresponding aniline, nitrobenzene wastewater pretreatment in order to achieve, with a small footprint, simple operation and low cost.
