Verification Plan for Evaluating the Oceanic Weather Product Development Team's Cloud-Top Height Forecast Product

The purpose of this document is to describe the verification plan for evaluating forecasts produced by the Cloud Top Height (CTH) product. The CTH is developed by the FAA Aviation Weather Research Program’s (AWRP) Oceanic Weather (OW) Product Development Team and is being considered by the Aviation Weather Technology Transfer (AWTT) Board for transition from a test product to an experimental product.
