Continuous model box used in multi-array shaking table test to realize controllable ground motion input

2013
The utility model relates to a continuous model box used in a multi-array shaking table test to realize controllable ground motion input, and belongs to the technical field of earthquake simulation equipment. The continuous medal box is formed by connecting rigid boxes and soft connection boxes alternatively, wherein the rigid box is made of a rigid material; the rigid boxes are welded into a steel frame by angle steel, the rigid boxes at the end parts are composed of three side surfaces and a bottom plate, the rigid boxes in the middle are composed of two side surfaces, and the soft connection boxes are composed of a front elevation, a back elevation and a bottom plate, thereby forming a hollow continuous model box. Each side surface of the soft connection box is composed of two universal joint device pairs arranged up and down and a spring base plate arranged between the universal joint devices. The universal joint device pair comprises two rotatable universal joints and a steel beam connected between the two rotatable universal joints. Each of the two rotatable universal joints comprises a rotatable universal joint fixed end and a rotatable universal joint sliding end. The soft connection boxes of the continuous model box are high in vertical carrying capacity, support delivered soil mass and structural load, and ensure the integrality of the continuous model box and the movement consistency of bottom surfaces.
