Dual-lens high-speed dynamic bar code reader and reading method thereof

The invention provides a dual-lens high-speed dynamic bar code reader and a reading method thereof. The reader comprises a first camera, a second camera, a first decoder, a second decoder, and a control board. The control board is provided with a microprocessor and a power supply module. The first camera and the second camera are connected with the first decoder and the second decoder through control transmission data lines respectively. The first decoder and the second decoder are connected with the microprocessor through a transmission power supply flat cable. The power supply supplies power to the first camera, the second camera, the first decoder, the second decoder, and the microprocessor. According to the reading method, the microprocessor is mainly used for alternately controlling the first camera and the second camera to perform image acquisition and transmission so as to double acquired images within a unit sampling cycle. The reader and the reading method may read dynamic bar codes and have high identification success rate and good application prospect.
