한강종주자전거길 사용자 가치에 대한 편익추정

This research evaluated the user value of the Han River Basin Bike Way using Contingent Valuation Method(CVM). In order to carry out the research purpose, CVM scenario was created, and a survey was conducted to 463 Han River Basin Bike Way users. Further, this research adopted logit model, Willingness To Pay(WTP) and Monte-Carlo Simulation for the accurate outcomes. According to CVM model, the estimation of WTP per each visit for Han River Basin Bike Way was 21,984 Korean Won. In other words, 21,984 won implied that the track users are willing to pay the amount for maintaining or improving the condition of Han River Basin Bike Way as the best. Namely, an individual track user may pay 30,000 won as their exchange value, and be willing to pay additionally 21,984 won additionally as consumer``s surplus or the value in use. Significantly, the result showed that female bikers who use the Han River Basin Bike Way showed higher intention to pay, and the condition and accessibility affected higher willingness to pay among other attributes of bike Way in 4 major rivers. This research was worthwhile to quantify the importance of fostered resources of Han River Basin Bike Way, and benefited scholars and practitioners to bring forth the important attributes to forecast the visitors`` intention.
