Vertical double-cone micro mixer

The invention relates to a vertical double-cone micro mixer. According to a main structure, two conical screws are vertically arranged in a barrel of a mixer and provide power through a driving device by using a motor; a valve and a pressure sensor are arranged at a discharge opening of the barrel; a heating block is mounted at the back of the barrel for heating the barrel; a detachable hopper is mounted above the barrel; a circulating pipe is arranged on a body of the barrel; a barrel door is arranged on the front side of the barrel, so that the interior of the barrel is conveniently cleaned. According to the vertical double-cone micro mixer, the screw and valve structure is adopted, the raw material use amount in the experiment and scientific research can be saved, and a mixing effect is better. Moreover, a nitrogen filling protection system and an airflow cooling system are arranged in a charging barrel, so that various processing experiments are conveniently developed and simulated, and the defects in the prior art are overcome.
