Proceedings of the 2010 Symposium on Information and Communication Technology

The papers here were presented at the Symposium on Information and Communication Technology 2010 (SoICT 2010), held in Hanoi, Vietnam, August 27-28, 2010. The symposium is organized by ACM Vietnam Chapter and School of Information and Communication Technology - Hanoi University of Science and Technology, celebrating the 15th foundation anniversary of the School (1995-2010). In response to the call for papers, 53 submissions were received by the submission deadline of May 15, 2010. All were submitted electronically through EasyChair. EasyChair was also used for the Program Committee deliberations, which were held completely electronically. The Program Committee selected 26 papers for presentation. The submissions were not formally refereed and many of these papers present reports of continuing research.
