The frequency of ovarian apoplexy (AH) in emergency gynecology reaches 17,1 %. The treatment does not lead to full recovery, as evidenced by the high rate of recurrence (40 %). Materials and methods. We have 103 patients with AH (47 hemorrhagic form, 56 pain) conducted an objective, ultrasound, EEG, EWG, studied intraovarialny ovarian blood flow, blood hormones. The survey was conducted at admission, at 1, 3, 6, 12 months after discharge from the hospital. A two courses of prophylactic treatment (hormonal, resolving, local, vitamin, drug improves hemodynamics and cerebral perfusion). The Results. According to a comprehensive survey of only 12 months the change of parameters intraovarialnogo blood flow, EEG, REG, hormones were not significantly different from those of the control group.
