General characteristics of a turnover contract

2008
Contracts in turnover of goods have specific features due to their subject and their object. That are contracts made between economic subjects, economic companies and organizations. The object of a contract are goods and services for turnover merchandise. The pace of turnover demands special speed in making contracts. Therefore, there is a need for adhesion contracts, where one party determines all the elements of a contract and offers it to the other party with a possibility to accept or refuse. Adhesion contracts, i.e. contracts at admission, are much more present in these kind of contracts than in civil-legal contracts.
