The research of optimization condition on determination of chromium content in dairy products by graphite furnace atom absorption spectrographic methods was mainly developed. The sample processing technology, the longitudinal Zeeman effect background adjustment technology, the application of substrate improvement chemicals and transverse heated platform graphite tube and the optimization of determination conditions were unified to eliminate the sample disturbance question.The sensitivity, picks out limits and the accuracy of the determination was largely enhanced.
