Arc-shaped slope concrete sliding and lifting template

The invention relates to an arc-shaped slope concrete sliding and lifting template which comprises a sliding and lifting template, a rail and a lateral template, wherein a pulling rope is arranged on one side of an upper opening of the sliding and lifting template; the sliding and lifting template is composed of a steel panel, a truss rib plate, idler wheels and a balancing frame; an inner side wall of the steel panel is vertically welded with multiple parallel truss rib plates; the idler wheels matched with the rail are respectively arranged on the two sides of each of the truss rib plates; and the sliding and lifting template can slide and lift along the rail. According to the invention, an arc-shaped rail which is consistent with a slope outline is utilized to control the deflection of a sliding and lifting template panel to change by following the shape of the rail, so that the effect of causing the outline of the poured concrete to be consistent with a designed arc-shaped slope line is achieved; the purposes of once mounting and continuous pouring construction are also achieved; the construction cost is lowered; the promotion for the present quality of the concrete is benefited; and the device provided by the invention is especially suitable for the working condition of a concrete building with a poured arc-shaped slope structure, such as flow surface base plates of the parts of surface holes, central holes, force-eliminating pool tail ridge and other parts of a concrete dam.
