Video Image Scaling Technology Based on Adaptive Interpolation Algorithm andIts Implement by Using FPGA

A video image scaling technology based on adaptive interpolation algorithm is presented in this paper. The principle for realizing the arithmetic by using FPGA chip and the architecture are described in detail.The test results show that this arithmetic can effectively suppress the blurring in the edge region of image,improve the vision quality of the scaled video image and obtain the image with low complexity,so it is suitable for real-time image processing.
