Efficacy of the respiratory day hospitals to control acute exacerbations of COPD (AECOPD): a multicenter retrospective STUDY

To evaluate the efficacy of respiratory day hospitals (RDH) to control AECOPD in a cohort of severe COPD patients with previous frequent hospital admissions (HA) and to identify clinical factors associated with hospitalizations and mortality in these patients.
