The invention discloses an inner restrictor hydrostatic cylindrical guide rail, comprising a cylindrical guide rail sliding block body, a guide rail sliding block body seat and a guide rail. The outside of the guide rail sliding block body is equipped with corresponding guide rail sliding block body seat; an outer cylindrical surface of the guide rail sliding block body is provided with two circular grooves; and a restrictor annular space is provided between an outer cylindrical surface between the two circular grooves and an inner surface of the corresponding guide rail sliding block body seat; an inner surface of the guide rail sliding block body is uniformly provided with a plurality of bearing oil cavities communicated with the restrictor annular space through corresponding oil holes; and the guide rail sliding block body seat is provided with an oil inlet channel communicated with the circular grooves. The guide rail provided by the invention is simple in structure, can be manufactured easily, can increase rigidity of an oil film, enables work to be stable and reliable, and has good performance.
