Technical parameters for planning the fixed-satellite service

An overview is presented of technical parameters for planning the fixed-satellite service contained in the CCIR documentation (CCIR Volumes IV and IV/IX) and in the report of the CCIR to WARC (World Administrative Radio Conference) ORB 88.
