Some properties of hot nuclear matter and hot nuclei

We use the Thomas-Fermi model to study the properties of hot nuclear matter and hot nuclei. We focus attention on the study of the nuclear density, the compressibility, the nucleon binding energy and the effective mass all as a function of nuclear temperature. We also study the density profile of finite nuclei for various temperatures. We do not adjust any parameters in our calculation and obtain very reasonable results.
