The Runner Structure Fluid Solid Coupling Research Of Bulb Tubular Turbine Based On The Cam Relationship

The solution and application characteristics of fluid solid coupling are taken as the basis.In the ANSYS Workbench, the static characteristics of the tubular turbine runner structure of a power station in China are compared by the fluid solid coupling method in the cam and non-cam operating conditions, the structural modes of the two types of turbines are analyzed and validated.The results show that running in non-cam operating conditions, the maximum displacement of runner structure occurred in the edge of the head.The turbine flow field is less stable, which has a relatively large effect on the runner structure deformation, and the deformation area is irregular.In the cam operating conditions,the maximum displacement of the runner structure occurs at the outer edge of the water outlet, and the deformation is relatively small. It shows that the vibration of the turbine under the cam operating conditions is relatively small, and the stability of the unit is better.
