3‐Chloro‐N‐ferrocenylmeth­yl‐N‐methyl­aniline

The title tertiary aryl­amine, [Fe(C5H5)(C13H13ClN)], incorporating a ferrocen­yl group, was synthesized by reductive methyl­ation of the amine. The cyclo­penta­dienyl plane is nearly perpendicular to the Cmethylene—N—Cmethyl plane [dihedral angle = 96.8 (3)°]
